Lucien Costley is the Vice President for Planning and Finance at Schreiner University in Kerrville, Texas. "We have to continue to find those niche and/or value-added proposition academic programs or opportunities," he advises. He also passionately counters the national narrative questioning the return on investment for a college education, stating, "The narrative that has happened in this country in the past 20 and 30 years is wrong."
