He has served in senior leadership roles at LoanDepot, PennyMac, Verengo Solar, and Mission Loans and has been a trusted advisor for many organizations including Americor, Solar Optimum, and many other companies. He has led large marketing, call center, and data science teams with the common goal of improving the ROI for large marketing budgets. He currently is the CEO of LeadsOptics, a technology company focused on bringing transparency into the lead purchasing transaction and improving conversion of leads with the power of AI.

Kamran Bakhtiari also has been teaching for over 10 years within the Decision Sciences program at Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management in their Executive MBA, Fully Employed MBA, Master of Science in Applied Analytics, and Master of Science in Human Resources programs.
