A spectre is haunting Fulschung University – the spectre of BimBam! In this episode, Ben and Ben try to figure out what BimBam – a German, black-market barbecue sauce – really is. They also discuss the best, worst Taming of the Shrew performance ever and sprinkle in just enough Huey Lewis and the News puns to make you want to shout “BRILLIANT!”

Episode 1: The One with the Pilot

Some fifteen years ago, Deskies--a sit-com centered on the lives of seven dorm desk attendants--hit the airwaves on Central Michigan University's student-run television station. 

In 2019, it was plucked from internet obscurity by two guys who had nothing to do with Deskies, have never been to Central Michigan University, and honestly have no reason to be wasting their time watching the show.

But watch it they will. Because where most people see a low-budget attempt at college humor, they see a cult-classic that deserves its time in the spotlight. And that time is now.

In this new podcast, co-hosts Ben Chase and Ben Holmes will breakdown all 10 episodes of Deskies, which originally aired in the fall of 2004 and spring of 2005. They find the joy in bringing a new audience to a show that was never meant to be seen beyond the mid-Michigan region.
