The boys had the pleasure of welcoming back respected TVA journalist Marc-Andre Perreault, who took time out of his busy schedule before he gears up for the post-season, to share his thoughts on the 2020-21 regular season, the upcoming playoff series against the Toronto Maple Leafs and much more! Mike and Mo teased their thoughts on the playoffs, got into their choices for Habs MVP and went deep to reflect on a wild and unusual regular season which ironically fired them up for next week!
This weeks episode is packed after a wild week across the league. The guys welcomed back the newly retired Martin St. Pierre who spoke candidly about his time in both the NHL and KHL along with some crazy stories that you have to hear to believe. The boys also broke down the Habs three-game winning streak and the ripple effect Cole Caufield has had by scoring two OT game-winners in the same week. Mike vented about the Tom Wilson fiasco, John gave us all good reason to believe in the idea of Joel Bouchard making a push to the NHL and Mo deflates any reason to question Jesperi Kotkaniemi's future.
This week was an emotional one for the guys. They got into all sorts of heavy topics such as why the defence is playing so poorly, who is to blame and how long this has really been an issue. They also talked about Cole Caufield, our playoff expectations and whether it’s even fair to go after Bergevin given how Toffoli, Anderson and Allen are playing. They finished things off with a passionate plea to the team to just win. Don’t forget to download and subscribe!
This week, the guys got into a ton. They debated whether the Habs have turned a corner now with their win over the Oilers and what they hope to see going forward. They also explained why they aren’t necessarily ready to embrace a positive outlook just yet. They got into some Weber talk and then answered a few fan questions that touched on our struggling D and what to do with Carey Price in the off-season. They addressed the struggling Drouin and why they may have reached a breaking point with him. They finished things off on a light hearted note with some non-hockey related questions and then explained what it would mean if the Super League idea in soccer became a reality in hockey. This week, the guys did a first - they recorded DURING a live game. If you thought they had some special powers, they’re sorry to disappoint. Right on cue, the guys discussed the recent losing skid and what they think is going wrong. However, they did touch on some positives such as the veteran additions Perry and Staal and what they bring to the team. They also addressed the recent Price injury and why it’s particularly frustrating this time around. They ended on a fun note with a rapid fire round that produced a few much needed laughs. This week, the guys enjoyed the unexpected break from the crazy Habs season on account of the COVID scare and they started the episode with a recap of the current
health situation with the team and why they think some are blowing it out of proportion. They also gave the listeners what they wanted and provided a Part 2 of their discussion on drafting and development. They gave their candidates for mid-season MVP and what their confidence level is going into the home stretch. There was more divergence among the guys which seems to be a theme this podcast season!

This week, Mike, John and Mo recap two losses to the Flames and a big win against the Jets in what was another fiery episode. They also discussed what Ben Chiarot's trip to the IR means moving forward. The boys have at another "Keep It or Toss It?" segement and end with a controversial conversation about Marc Bergevin holding his draft picks so tightly.
This week, the guys talked about the progress so far under Ducharme and whether we’re in good hands. They recapped the win against the Jets, the SO loss to the Canucks which then forced their hand on a discussion of their horrendous OT/SO record. On a more positive note, the guys had nothing but praise for our star goalie’s latest performances and mused as to whether Stephane Waite’s firing was the cause. They then introduced a new segment called “Keep It or Toss It” which you will not want to miss. They finished things up on a discussion about whether our leadership core is as stable and effective as many say it is. Don’t forget to download and subscribe!
