Today on The Soul Frequency, I sat down with the wonderful Chantal Pierrat, to learn how to move from putting force and effort into work to just letting your work flow.

After earning her MBA, Chantel left a career in medical device manufacturing in search of work that would align her dedication to transformative leadership with her passion for living an inspired and impactful life. She then founded Emerging Women, a platform that connects and inspires powerful women from across the globe. Her mission is to weave feminine leadership and authenticity into business and to create a world where women have a strong voice in the shaping of our future.

In this conversation, we discuss Chantel’s history, the origins of Emerging Women, and the steps we can all take to align our passions with our work. We chat about finding the balance between who we are and what we do for a career, and how to define our own versions of success. We also discuss how the feminine energy on our planet is changing, and how we can claim this space. Lastly, we discuss how to know when the time is right to make these career changes (if needed of course!).
