About the podcast:

Alexandra Tejeda (@teamtoronto) is a Realtor in Toronto and loves guiding investors and first time home buyers through the process of building wealth. She looks at all of her clients as investors! She is currently looking to get her first investment property as well and is passionate about real estate investing. However, she recognized a gap in the market. She is always listening to podcasts and realized that most of the people being interviewed were men - which is fine, but she just wanted to promote a different perspective. Alexandra prides herself on learning daily and has really enjoyed interviewing these seasoned female investors in and around the GTA! This podcast is for both new and seasoned investors, and the goal is to create a positive, powerful and female-empowered investing group!

About the Guest:

Kristen is a graduate of the Architectural Technology program at Mohawk College, where she graduated in 2019 with honours. Through co-op program experience she worked in many fields but found a passion for residential design and construction. Since graduation, she has also obtained her BCIN with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing. Kristen has a strong interest in architecture and design, finding that it is the perfect match for creativity and technicality. She is from Owen Sound, but discovered an appreciation for Niagara and the surrounding areas during her time at college. Kristen is passionate about working alongside clients to achieve their vision and turn it into a reality.
