The first step is awareness—beginning to recognize what affects your frequency. What keeps you in harmony? What throws you off? More often than not, it comes down to our daily choices… and the changes we avoid making.
When we stay out of tune for too long and ignore our Higher Power and inner guidance, the body starts to speak louder—through discomfort, pain, or illness. Many people experience health issues that seem to come out of nowhere, or struggle to find healing despite trying everything. Often, this is a sign of deeper misalignment and resistance to the shifts that would bring them back to their true path.
