His multifamily experience spans more than 38 years including 14 years as President and CEO of BNP Residential Properties, a publicly traded REIT. He received a BS degree in accounting from UNC Charlotte and is both a CPA and a real estate broker. Scott has served as a Regional Vice President for the NAA and President of both the Apartment Association of NC and the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association.
