In 2017 took over Solar Medix and at the time it was a net negative and within 1 year turned it around to over $1M in gross sales.

In this episode Anthony shares his journey of how he completely turned around a company that was losing money to grossing over $1M in sales within 1 year simply by focusing on brand awareness.

Anthony dives into the tangibles of what he did to turn around the brand perception, from online awareness to training of their field staff.

Anthony also shares with us some of the keys to creating a culture where the employees think, feel and act like awareness, mainly revolving around transparency in all things, including financial.
