Happy From My Car Friday! Thank you so much for all of the sweet messages and support for the launch last week! We've got another solo episode where I really get into my thoughts and feelings on my experiences with imposter syndrome and how social media pressures us to NOT post our accomplishments, the emotional rollercoaster that comes with missing someone and how to cope by binge watching cliche but oh-so-perfect 90s romcoms! Unfortunately life isn't like a cheesy romcom and Heath Ledger isn't singing to me on the bleachers, but we can dream, right? Welcome to the first official episode of From My Car! We're starting the podcast off in a way only a true Pisces would know how; in the feels! Join me (Devyn) as I take you through the ups and downs that have been my less than stellar 2021 and how I'm determined to find the silver lining. Filled with heartache, shame, pity parties, happiness, growth and dealing with the pressure to 'have it together,' I talk about the life lessons I've learned at the ripe age of 26.
