On the premiere episode of the Marilyn Monroe series, HEY VANITY, Heaven discusses Marilyn's beginnings, when she was better known as Norma Jeane Baker. Norma Jeane's childhood was unstable due to an absent father and mentally ill mother. Because of the instability of never having a permanent home throughout her childhood, Norma Jeane would develop abandonment issues along with low self esteem, anxiety, and her longing for love, affection, and safety, that would carry on into adulthood.

As Norma Jeane grew up, she developed into a great beauty, which would one day be discovered by a photographer in a factory. This would be the start onto the path of Norma Jeane Baker transforming into Mariyln Monroe.
