I also talk about the themes within the movies, why I think it’s such a crowd favorite, and how it explores the other side of fairytales. What role does Lord Farquaad play in how the movie discusses the lengths we go to in order to look perfect? Does anyone know what happened in Shrek 3? Why are ogres like onions? Is it because when you leave them out in the sun, they get all brown and start sprouting little white hairs? I like that boulder. That is a nice boulder.

The presidential pardon of Pemberton is painful and blood-boiling news to most of us. Where is the justice for Jennifer Laude? In this episode, I talk about the helplessness I’m feeling towards this issue and many others such as the SOGIE Equality Bill, homophobes, and Christian views on being gay. How far is the Philippines from being LGBT-affirming? Can I be a Christian and an LGBTQIA+ ally at the same time? SPOILER: I don’t know the answers to most of these questions, but you can listen to me attempt to wrestle with them.

I also digress to the topic of voice actors (and how both weird and amazing it is to watch them behind the scenes), specifically the woman behind the Jollibee delivery voice. Oh, and Miley Cryus was also discussed in this ep. Her Backyard Sessions on YouTube are amazing. 

I'm back, and in this episode, it's all about seeing things you don't want to see. I talk about falling down the stairs and getting the biggest bruise of my life. Never wear socks on stairs, people. On the bright side, I also reflect on how a dead pixel I found on my camera changed my attitude when it comes to small life problems.
