What is your intuition? How tf do we listen to it?! In this episode, we make working with your intuition super easy to follow!
As people, we are often carrying things with us in our day-to-day lives that do not serve us, and are actually harming us. When we have pent-up emotions, thoughts, regrets, guilts, traumas, and anything else, we can become tense, agitated, and fall out of love with not only ourselves, but with life.
Many believe releasing rituals are only powerful on the night of the full moon (and the 2-3 days either side) but you can absolutely do your releasing ritual whenever you feel you need to.
For this ritual, I'm not including any pre-written affirmations, prayers, or anything else - these all need to come from you. A good guide? Speak or write from the heart, and let it pour out.
It's so easy to write your own spells - even easier than you think! π
I'd argue spell jars are one of the easiest ways to experiment with magick. They can be super small, cheap, and easy to undo, making them perfect for beginners or magick-weary witches who are worried about messing up (p.s. don't be afraid! we fuck up and we learn, it's all part of the process.).
