Fiona Bennett is a Certified Inner Workout, NLP Life Coach, Educator, Energy Healer, and the founder of Life Learning Strategies.

Leaving her dreams of early childhood education behind, Fiona stumbled upon a career in nursing that ignited her passion to help others.

Experiencing the ins and outs of the healthcare system in various roles (including Public Health roles), Fiona gained knowledge and experience in women’s health and developed a fervor for empowering women and providing them with the resources need to be the best, healthiest version of themselves.

After raising her children, Fiona sought out a life coach and became enamored with the spark and passion of her coach, urging her to discover her own fire and understand the steps needed to live in her calling.
