About the Guest:
Dr. John L. Barnes, DC, is the Clinic Director of Reset Wellness, a metabolic health and weight-loss clinic in Centreville, Virginia, where he specializes in helping patients reverse insulin resistance, lose fat, and restore metabolic health through the Ideal Protein protocol and low-carbohydrate nutrition.
