Recently, the Flagship Hilton in KL received a facelift. The hotel now boasts a stylish, modernist redesigned lobby lounge and Five new exciting F&B concept outlets. The Evening Edition managed to catch Michael Elfwing, Executive Sous Chef at the Hilton KL and we spoke to him about how he ended up in Malaysia, what molecular gastronomy was and how difficult it was to be a sous chef in Malaysia.
