I had just returned from a wonderful trip to Puerto Blest in Argentina’s first national park, which has a selva fría, a cold jungle. I came back completely recharged.

It made me think about freediving, how it is a way to connect with nature, about the breath—which is how I connect to my own nature, to myself—and how it always recharges me. I take you through my challenges and how nature and the breath help me navigate them.
