With a 20-year career in the pharmaceutical industry and over a decade specialising in wellbeing, mindfulness, and positive psychology, she supports leaders to enhance health, resilience, and performance through evidence-based approaches.

Catherine designs and delivers transformative programs, workshops, coaching, and high-performance team sessions for diverse local and global organisations, providing practical tools that create lasting change.

She specialises in workplace wellbeing facilitation, executive and group coaching, wellbeing strategy, and keynote presentations, and has partnered with organisations including Roche, Bayer, GSK, Novo Nordisk, and Veeva.
