Christine believes that the best way to ensure that your time and energy is well spent is to ask the Holy Spirit every morning, or even better throughout your day, "What do you counsel me to do or not to do today? What are my Top 3? Do you have guidance for me regarding those tasks?" Then heed the Spirit's guidance. With practice, if you don't already do that, you will grow in your ability to dialogue with the Holy Spirit, who is your helper, your advocate, and your most willing and able "Life Coach!"
