MASTERCLASS ON CLARIFYING YOUR PATH FORWARD

Today we dive into the concept of moving from the ‘problem’ to the 'solution'. We look at the process of manifestation and how knowing what we don’t want… sparks clarity on what we do want. We journey through the process of facing our fears & limiting beliefs, releasing them, and returning to our inner guidance and intuition to show us the path forward. When we are manifesting something new in our life, it’s natural to experience what is called the ‘void’- a point where we surrender and don’t know how we are going to get where we desire to go. It requires a deep state of trust, surrender, and faith.

As born creators, the Universe wants us to surrender our plan, and hear the whispers of God’s plan. It’s a different way of being, but a way that leads to bigger and brighter plans than what we can come up with our conscious mind.

• Contrast is necessary to expand and show us our desires
  • The first step to getting clear on where you want is seeing what isn’t working, or acknowledging what you don’t want. Problems create a desire to something new, and is a necessary step to understanding where we are meant to go
• If you have a problem, it inherently means there is ALREADY a  solution
  • Polarity teaches us that everything has two poles. All emotions, and situations have a negative and positive polarity. If you can identify the negative pole, it means there is an opposite pole that is already there. 
  • Fear manifests as limiting beliefs, and needs to be felt in the body in order to release. As we move towards the solution, it requires that we feel the fear in our body, otherwise it continues to manifest in our body and can keep us stuck
  • Thinking- feeling loop (Dr. Joe Dispenza) - many remain stuck in the problem because a negative (or scarcity based) thought, feeds into a negative emotion. If you avoid feeling, and instead pass that emotion back into your mind, you’ve created the thinking-feeling loop… which is endless. We have a choice to FEEL that emotion and let it pass, there is no need to “think” or “figure out” a plan at this point 
  • The antidote to fear is faith 
• Listening to inner guidance for the solution forward 
  • Our inner being always knows where we want to go once we’ve identified the desired state. When we quite the mind, raise our vibration, and surrender to our inner voice the path forward becomes clear
