He’s been ranked in the top 100 most influential industry leaders by Staffing Industry analysts. As the Founder of EQ Community, Marcus has activated a community of the top 1% of leaders that connects diverse talent to inclusive companies. Marcus advises private equity firms on DE&I strategies and has served as an executive board member of the Microsoft services board.
