This week I am thrilled to interview Mary Amons from The Real Housewives of DC on her transformational healing journey. This DC socialite fashionista and granddaughter of legendary radio and television personality Arthur Godfrey is more than just a pretty face. Mary, who has been surrounded by American royalty, having grown up with the Kennedy family and spending summers at their house, found herself midlife as a mom of 5 searching for answers on happiness, life purpose and her connection to creator. She stepped out of the spotlight to connect with herself and unknowingly on to a roller coaster of shadows, light and the path to healing.

In this episode, Mary shares her ups and downs during her period of self discovery and learning how to love herself and live her best life. She shares intimate details from being a mother of 5 children to divorce and the role her mother's own personal trauma played in her life. Mary's story is one of resilience, failures, success and beautiful radical transformation.
