Are you ready to learn a simple life hack that can rapidly transform your life?
Well that is what we are going to do in today's episode. Start Segment Intending and watch how quickly your days start to improve. So what is segment intending? It is a simple technique where you focus your intention on specific time segments of your day to deliberately create the outcome you desire. Basically, it is a way to raise your vibration before you take any action to energetically prepave your upcoming experience. You do this by taking a moment to think about what is coming in a specific time period and how you would like it to be. POSITIVE THOUGHTS ONLY It works in conjunction with the law of Attraction.
Examples are:
You get the idea..... Be creative. It helps greatly if you also visualize the desired outcome as reality and let yourself feel how good it feels. This raises your vibration to match the outcome you want.

In this week's episode I discuss the how and why of doing a professional detox & body cleanse to get more energy, boost your immune system, purify your organs, lose weight and speed up cell repair. I go over detailed information as well as share my recent experience at The LifeCo Holistic Wellness in Bodrum Turkey and the results I experienced.

Juice Cleanse Sample Schedule
(follow each juice with a glass of water, you may also have the veggie soup/broth and herbal tea as desired +probiotics and electrolytes.)
*Immune Lemonade Flush: Water, fresh lemon, ginger, cayenne, garlic apple cider vinegar, agave or maple syrup to taste
**Green Juice: fresh cold pressed green veggies, no fruit except lemon. I like fresh when I can, but usually I buy Suja Green Juice at Trader Joes as a convenient cost alternative. That said, local fresh juice companies are a great way to support your local community. Just look for green leafy veggies, celery, cucumber, broccoli etc, but no fruit like apples or pears. (You want to keep it low sugar)
Detox Soup: Chop up and simmer together 1 package of organic carrots, large bunch of celery with the greens, onion, fresh garlic. (Beets if you like the taste) Add anti inflammatory spices to taste: Turmeric, cumin, sage, red pepper, black pepper, curry, dill, lemon. For detox immune boost cleanse DO NOT EAT THE VEGGIES. For a regular cleanse, feel free to eat them. You can even add a sweet potato or nutritional yeast for added minerals and protein.
My Favorite Tea: Pour hot water in a cup with fresh sliced ginger root, cinnamon(natural appetite suppressor), a few sage leaves, lemon and a squeeze of honey. its good for your gut, throat, reduces mucus and it tastes good. for some added benefit and a fresh rosemary sprig for mental clarity.

Are you ready to feel good more often? Then this episode is for you. Today I talk about one of the most powerful tools we all have access to any time we want. Intention setting. It's a term we have all heard, but no one really explains what it actually is or why it is so important.
Intention setting is one of the most empowering things you can do for your self. It switches you from a casual observer of your life and puts you in the driver seat. Once you get the idea, its incredibly simple. Basically all intention setting is, is bringing yourself into the moment and focusing on how you want to feel. "Today I will look for reasons to feel good and I will find them." "Today I will complete my tasks and feel joyful and balanced." "This week I will make smart choices with my food and feel light, sexy and energetic". The key is focussing on the desired FEELING you want. The best time to intention set is at the beginning of the day. You can add it in to your meditation, make it a mantra, tag it on to your gratitude statements, what ever works best for you. They can be broad, specific, daily, weekly, yearly, there is no limit. Just do it!

Hello, So how have you been feeling lately? Have you noticed some switches in energy?
In today's episode I'm going to give you a quick touch to help balance your energy and bring in back to balance. We are entering an exciting new cycle of expansion and it's time to step up and claim the love and happiness that is there waiting for you. It's a time for mindful gratitude, personal growth and owning your power. So what are you waiting for? Let's do it together and create more days of joy!
My favorite way to do this by starting the day in the high vibration of ""I am....." and you say what you are ( positive things like, love, happiness, joy, health, feeling sexy, feeling inspired, etc) similar to the "YES" game we have done before. Yes to love, yes to happiness, yes to feeling inspired, yes to abundance, yes to joy, yes to my desires becoming my reality.... you get the idea. very similar but still different.
Take a listen to the I AM RAMPAGE in this episode and see how much better you will actually feel.
Another favorite trick for starting the day off right is a gratitude visualization. Simply close your eyes, focus on a few loop deep breaths and then visualize 3 things in your life that bring you joy or that you are grateful for. This works great at night as well to help set you up for a peaceful night's sleep. The energy you go to bed with effects the energy you wake up with, so training your mind to focus on what feels good is a simple way to improve your entire vibrational field.

In honor of International Women's Day, I wanted to interview the inspiring performance poet, Rhonda Lee. Also a Senior Editor Emerita at the University of Wisconsin, Published Author, International Award Winning Editor and Host of the Radio Literature Show. She was a single mom at 19, lived in Paris, has studied in the arctic, is always smiling, and she is blind.
In today' interview Rhonda shares poignant stories from her life, including her experiences with visual hallucinations, known as Charles Bonnet Syndrome and a few of the challenges that came with losing her sight. She also shares her favorite biohacks, including which one led her to finding lasting happiness.
And the best part comes when she shares a couple of her favorite short poems with us.
