As an empath, I rarely tie my energy to a crisis or disaster. I do however offer help where I can or make a donation. We share the world with every living being on the planet and we need to support each other. I realize there are a lot of worthy causes in the world right now, but I want to address the urgent need for critical help in Turkey.

I also want to thank everybody for their kind messages.I am safe and I so appreciate the concern. Obviously the devastation in my adopted home is heartbreaking. Turkey has some of the kindest and most generous people I have ever met. It is a society based on strong family values and inclusive hospitality. I was welcomed with open arms at a time when I needed it most so Today's episode is dedicated to how you can help!

2. Make a list EVERY day of 3 things you need to do that you KNOW you can accomplish. Then at the end of the day cross them off and throw it away. Trust me it works. ( this is different that the long list you may also have.)
3. DE-Clutter, Purge & Donate! Your physical space affects your energy and mental health more than you think.
4. Try some simple Biohacks to improve your physical wellbeing

• Cold shower
• Meditate
• Cut out dairy, alcohol, or meat for a day, a week, forever.
• Intermittent Fasting
• Get your body moving
• Play the SelfLove game
• DYI Juice Cleanse and Detox
