After making the decision to change my life for the better, the term "In-Recovery" seemed like a moniker that implied a life sentence of convalescing. Removing alcohol from the driver's seat allowed me to 'un-cover' and 're-cover' missing pieces of my old self. I am no longer IN RECOVERY, but IN DISCOVERY!
