Hr: S dolaskom proljeća, sunce probijalo kroz srušene zgrade mrtvog grada.
En: With the arrival of spring, the sun broke through the collapsed buildings of the dead city.

Hr: Vjetar je nosio miris cvijeća, ali i podsjetnik na život koji je nekada ovdje cvjetao.
En: The wind carried the scent of flowers, but also a reminder of the life that once thrived here.

Hr: Mislav i Ivana polako su koračali kroz uništene ulice, tražeći nadu među ruševinama.
En: Mislav and Ivana slowly walked through the destroyed streets, searching for hope among the ruins.

Hr: Mislav, čvrsto držeći ruku svoje mlađe sestre Ivane, osjećao se odgovornim.
En: Mislav, firmly holding the hand of his younger sister Ivana, felt responsible.

Hr: Njihova majka davno je nestala među lomom i kaosom.
En: Their mother had been lost long ago amid the rubble and chaos.

Hr: Prošli su mjeseci otkako je posljednji put vidio njezin osmijeh, ali Ivana je tvrdoglavo vjerovala da će opet biti zajedno.

Hr: Uskrs ju je uvijek činio sretnom, iako su sada samo krhotine zajedničkih sjećanja ostale iza njih.
En: Easter always made her happy, even though now only fragments of shared memories were left behind them.

Hr: "Naša će majka biti s nama sljedećeg Uskrsa," rekla je, kao da je sigurna.
En: "Our mother will be with us next Easter," she said, as if she were certain.

Hr: Put pred njima bio je težak.
En: The path ahead of them was difficult.

Hr: Grad je bio ispunjen opasnostima - ruševine, manjak hrane, neprijateljski preživjeli.
En: The city was filled with dangers—ruins, lack of food, hostile survivors.

Hr: Mislav je morao birati.
En: Mislav had to choose.

Hr: U njemu se borila želja za sigurnošću Ivane i nada da se brzo vrate majci.

Hr: Putem, naišli su na skupinu preživjelih.

En: He agreed.

Hr: Pomogli su skupini popraviti sklonište, zamijenili informacije.
En: They helped the group repair a shelter, exchanged information.

Hr: "Na jugu je," rekao je čovjek naposljetku.
En: "She's to the south," the man finally said.

Hr: "Zajednica.
En: "A community.

Hr: Sigurni ljudi.
En: Safe people."

Hr: " Mislav ga je pogledao s nevjericom, ali Ivana je znala - morali su pokušati.
En: Mislav looked at him in disbelief, but Ivana knew—they had to try.

Hr: Zahvalili su i nastavili, motivirani novom nadom.
En: They thanked him and continued, motivated by new hope.

Hr: Kad su stigli, otkrili su skriveni kutak grada, prepun ljudi.
En: When they arrived, they discovered a hidden corner of the city, full of people.

Hr: I tamo, među smijehom i novim životima, stajala je njihova majka.
En: And there, among the laughter and new lives, stood their mother.
