I’m taking you behind the scenes of The Upgrade—the group coaching program that’s now changed the lives of nine cohorts of women (and counting). I’m sharing the real, raw journey that led me here: from graduating college and becoming a yoga instructor, to breaking cycles of self-sabotage, to launching a beverage company...and ultimately choosing to shut it down to follow the deeper calling of coaching and connection.

This episode is a love letter to every chapter that led me to create The UPGRADE, and a celebration of what happens when we stop settling and start listening to our power. I’m also reflecting on the magic of UPRGRADE LA Day Fest, where over 40 women came together to say yes to themselves-and how that day reminded me of why this work matters so much.
