In this Episode of the Podcast I talked about a goal setting workshop that I recently attended in Nashville, TN with Mary Hyatt. Mary is a Soul Strategist.  Mary’s strategy for goal setting is different from how most people (at least myself) set goals.  She introduced a strategy that I have now started using and it is so incredible!
