Your Bio
I support women in making changes and creating clarity, confidence and control in their lives, particularly those going back to work after a break, or who are experiencing issues in the workplace. I also work with women who are preparing for or experiencing the negative effects of menopause including anxiety and weight gain.
A Short description of your story
I’ve had many difficult periods in my life, I’ve experienced anxiety, depression and phobias, felt ‘not good enough’ as a child, was bullied at school, in the workplace and in close relationships, and lost my confidence and identity. I always struggled through, not always easily or well, but got to the other side almost in one piece. I created a 30 year, and highly regarded, a career in the fitness industry, specialising in health-related activity and behaviour change. Following two family members going through a crisis at the same time, I rediscovered my priorities, beliefs and values and created a new career direction, I want to give women the support I needed but never had so they can make informed choices and changes in their lives.
