I work in the music industry making videos and (pre-Covid) project manage live events (music, filmed & corporate). And also run a second business selling greeting cards and stationery.
A Short description of your storyÂ
Iâve worked in the music industry for over 25years but lost my Mum rather suddenly a few years ago and it gave me a real kick to make changes in my life. I was in a new relationship and living in London and decided to move to be nearer him, to get out the rat race so relocated to Oxfordshire. Then I fell pregnant and whilst clearing out my Mumâs loft I rediscovered lots of poems my Grandad had written for me when I was little which inspired me to set up Nettlefold â my passion project.

After taking a prescribed anti-malaria medication for months, the quinine-based drug built up toxic levels in his system. There were very severe physical and emotional side effects. Jesse was fighting for his life for a year, and it took ten years to recover. Some of the greatest blessings in life can come through the worst situations. Bio:Â I use my unique personality, highlighted by passion, empathy, positivity, humility, and genuine love for life and the people in it, to bring stories to life in a way only I can...Authentically Humble, Genuinely Good. Short Description of my story: I've lived a life with many challenges to overcome. I had a rough childhood and had troubles until high school. Moving on to adulthood, I got married and promptly lost my job 3 days after the honeymoon. I wasn't able to find full time employment in my field leading to several different part-time jobs trying to get by. Then, while attending a charity event, I almost cut my leg off in a horrible freak accident. I was given less than 50% chance of saving my leg, then when they were able to, I was told I'd be lucky to walk without a cane. So I dug in and worked 7 days a week in therapy and refused to let that be my outcome (I've essentially now made a full recovery! almost 7 years later). During my recovery I decided to pursue my dream of voice acting and after a lot of hard work and a lot more, I made it! I also started working with an industry leading VO online academy becoming the COO 4 years later and became an industry leader and influencer. Through all of this, I got divorced, leaving me financially troubled and having to move in with my Mom. This lead to a self-discovery, self-love, and spiritual journey took me to Costa Rica and many other cities in the US healing, experiencing life, finding myself again, and learning to love myself. Now I help people by sharing my story, being vulnerable, and giving inspiration and motivation.
