What do you do? 

I am about to begin my new business in Fertility Coaching, Your Bio I am Zoe Jones, originally born on the Isle of Sheppey in Kent, I joined the Army at age 17 and served for 24 years and climbed to WO1 (Garrison Sargeant Major), this being the highest non commissioned soldier in the British Army. Due to my long journey to self-discovery, I realised I needed to follow what I was put on this earth to do and that is to help people. After my fertility journey, I knew then I had to help women, men and couples going through fertility challenges. I am trained in NLP, Hypnotherapy, Personal Training, Nutrition, EFT, Kinetic Shift, Leader and Management and Life Coaching. I am currently training in Fertility and womb massage and reflexology. I love learning and feel I have a big future ahead, I can see myself talking to large crowds telling my story and help to heal people having their own emotional journeys.

Your Story: After a life of stress and anxiety and not having an understanding of what my values were, kept me in constant conflict with my life. This, I believe was responsible for many aspects in my life such as; imposter syndrome, fear of failure, habitual behaviours and of course my struggles with fertility. I finally realised what self-actualisation felt like as I conceived my son

Short description of your story 

I have never had a ‘proper job’ I have built three business from the ground up, a party business, a theatre school and now Phonics with Robot Reg. We literally built it from nothing to 60 franchises across the UK. Along the way I have learnt so much, I used to think I was too young, or too inexperienced but I have learnt along the way that I am none of those things! I love sales and I want to share that passion with other women. I won Best Entrepreneur of the year at The Essex Business awards last year and sold 30 franchises before I turned 30 years old. I want women in business to realise their true potential.

 Whilst working in Corporate on a weekend implementation I felt fine. However, the day ended with me losing an entire year. After finishing the implementation and having lunch I went on stage to sing. A Short description of your story 

I’ve had many difficult periods in my life, I’ve experienced anxiety, depression and phobias, felt ‘not good enough’ as a child, was bullied at school, in the workplace and in close relationships, and lost my confidence and identity.  I always struggled through, not always easily or well, but got to the other side almost in one piece.  I created a 30 year, and highly regarded, a career in the fitness industry, specialising in health-related activity and behaviour change.  Following two family members going through a crisis at the same time, I rediscovered my priorities, beliefs and values and created a new career direction, I want to give women the support I needed but never had so they can make informed choices and changes in their lives.

I am an ordinary girl just like all of you. I have my big dreams fore sure don’t get me wrong .But I am just like you ! I used to feel will my dreams come true ?Am I cut for it ?Should I just get a job and get done with it ?But after self introspecting myself I realised how important It was for me to do something I absolutely loved and that was the only way I could do it for long term and see results.

All my life I have suffered with a ridiculous number of symptoms associated to autoimmune thyroid disease. Conventional treatment told me that I would lead a normal life and that was anything but the truth. So I started doing my own research and implementing some huge lifestyle changes that WORKED!
