A Short description of your story (
Life will always present challenges, the key is seeing things as an opportunity for growth that leads you closer to realising your potential, and living a life full of passion and purpose. Often, with hindsight, we realise what the challenges ‘taught’ us. Staying aligned with the true essence of who you came here to be, reclaiming your power, serving others as best you can, are great ways to practice resilience when challenges present themselves in your life.

I support people to re-connect with their inner magic and transform their lives. I use energy healing, oracles cards, intuition and coaching to help people make changes so that they can live the life they truly desire.
A Short description of your story
I have always been connected to spiritual energy - I was the kid who talked to fairies at the bottom of the garden! As I got older, I pushed down this side of me but in 2010 I went through a difficult time and went for a Reiki session. It blew my mind and I decided to become a Reiki practitioner. However, it wasn’t until 2018, when I reached rock bottom, that I started to build a “spiritual toolkit” of meditation, journaling, gratitude and affirmations which was the first step to changing my life. I trained as an Elemental Healing™ practitioner and I now live in a world of fairies, unicorns, mermaids & dragons!

A Short description of your story
I come from a master manipulator mum with huge mental health issues, both parents had drink and drug issues. Got told I was no good to anyone and worth no more than a factory job. Got asked to choose my new boyfriend or them and asked to leave, got disowned at 21 by all of them (sisters too).
My boyfriend and I got married, moved away and had children (I was too scared to leave the house). Their dad left after 9 years and I started a business, 12 years later, my business is successful, I've adopted another teen, and after years of studying I have developed a brand new approach in early childhood and about to publish a book on it

A Short description of your story
Six years ago my sister was diagnosed with a rare disease. My immediate reaction was to pause my life and business and run to save her! Three months later I was left miserable, depressed, at home alone. For the first time of my life I asked for help. Through that I realised how roles we have been carrying all our lives control our present and future until we realise it and take full responsibility. My sister passed away 9 months ago, I am transformed and dedicated to help others find their true amazing selves.

I help children and parents create healthy emotional foundations in their families through education, coaching and mentoring. I also train Practitioners to take our signature Better Together Programme out to communities all over the UK.
A Short description of your story
I have overcome being gilted at the altar, two failed marriages, two brushes with cancer, major surgery, early menopause, redundancy and being a single mum for last 8 years with aging parents who need my support. I personally understand how difficult modern life is for women with competing priorities and many responsibilities and my story is about how to thrive and continue to grow when life brings so many things to your door. Our experiences and how we react to them mould who we are and, in order to thrive, we need to build our resilience, grit, determination, self-compassion and our intuition so we’re not constantly second guessing ourselves. In life we can often make life difficult for ourselves because that’s what we’ve always been taught. My job is to show you another way.❤️
