Why don't we get the same fulfillment from social media connections as we do from in person connections?
A lot of us think either consciously or subconsciously that the cure to loneliness is to pick up our phones and scroll through social media but, in fact, the exact opposite is true.
Why can't we satisfy our need for human connection through a smartphone?

In this episode I have a conversation with Connor Buczek who is the Head Coach of Cornell Men’s Lacrosse and a professional lacrosse player for the Atlas Lacrosse Club. Connor was a three-time All-American at Cornell, the 2014 Ivy League player of the year, was selected second overall in the 2015 MLL draft, is a three-time MLL all-star, a 2019 PLL all-star and is a member of the USA Men’s National team. In addition to all of that, he has a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from Cornell, has worked on Wall Street and is now the head coach of a division one lacrosse program at the age of 27.

Jill does a great job shedding light on the purpose of the Chamber and what her day-to-day responsibilities look like as President and CEO. Before taking her current position, she was an attorney at Frost Brown Todd and was the first woman to become "member-in-charge" of the Cincinnati office.
