First we touch on some quick hockey talk including Trevors Maple Leafs trading for Nick Foligno, the Tampa Bay Lightning trading for defensemen David Savard and the Colorado Avalanche adding goaltending depth with Devan Dubnyk. THEN IT'S TIME!!!! Trevor and I dive heavy into some draft prospect talk, starting with Jaycee Horn. We then move onto the Michigan Defensive End Kwity Paye. Then it's Rashod Bateman, the Minnesota Wide Receiver. We then talk about one of the more interesting QB's in the draft, Trey Lance out of North Dakota. How does he compare to the other quarterbacks? Jaelan Phillips, the Defensive End out of the U is our next one. How does he compare to the other DE Kwity Paye that we broke down. Last but certainly not least we discuss my favorite LT in the entire draft, Rashawn Slate out of Northwestern. Hear why I think he would be the first LT I would draft in this draft. Then it's the big breakdown of the episode as I give you my opinion of Zack Wilson, quarterback out of BYU who is rumored to be going number 2 overall to the New York Jets!!! We're back just in time for the NFL Conference Championship Round. We start with the huge NHL trade where Pierre Luc Dubois is headed to the Winnipeg Jets from the Columbus Blue Jackets for Patrick Laine and Jack Roslovic. We then give our updated opinions on the Toronto Maple Leafs so far along with the Colorado Avalanche. It's then onto the football talk and I talk about my QB1, Philip Rivers and his retirement and give my opinions on him making the Hall of Fame. We then recap the Divisional round and what we took from the results. Forgot to mention Stafford agreeing to be traded from the Lions so we stick that in between the Divisional and our Confernce Championship predictions.
