Where have you been???? On this episode of From The Block To The Boardroom the fellas catch up and discuss what they have been getting into during the break away from podcasting. The conversation starts with reflection and moves into the mental health check in. The fellas touch on voting, the presidential election, and the manipulation of the political system. The fellas discuss Breonna Taylor's case and lack of charges against the police officers involved. The fellas then move into the effect of covid-19 on the school systems and struggles teachers, students, parents, and administrators face educating our youth during a pandemic. The fellas eventually move into lighter topics like sports and bubbles vs non bubbles. Shoutout to the Miami Hurricanes!!! They debate the effect of the NBA using it's platform to further social justice issues. Finally the brothers discuss shows they've been watching (P-Valley, Love Craft Country, Power Book 2). This week's mental check-in gives the fellas a chance to deep dive into things that have been weighing on their minds and hearts. Dr. Jae leads the way on health care during covid-19 and the fellas break down how its disproportionately affecting the Black community in NY and throughout the United States. Trev analyzes the economic effects of covid-19 and how it trickles down throughout our communities. The music portion of the podcast touches on new projects by Tory Lanez, Griselda (West side Gunn), and 22gz. The fellas also talk about Complex's article on Brooklyn Drill music and debates whether or not Bobby Shmurda is a Drill artist. The fellas end with a discussion on "The Last Dance" documentary talking about MJ and the Bulls last championship run. This week's hood scripture comes from the great Tupac "Keep your head up".

This week's mental health check-in touches on how the fellas are managing in quarantine and discussing how people can capitalize on "being still". Dr. Jae gives us an update on how nurses and other health care workers are managing in the  covid-19 pandemic and address's the shortage of personal protective equipment. He goes on a rant on how nurses are being treated by the health care system. The Fellas also touch on the economy and how it's being affected by Covid. Trev talks  401k's and stocks for the people. The second half of the podcast touches on the producer/songwriter battles that artists have been having including Swizz vs Timbaland, and the fellas give a history on the origin of  DJ sound clashing and "dubplates". The fellas' touch on sports and how athletes have been keeping busy and the possibility of canceling the NFL and NCAA football seasons. To end the Podcast the fellas answer some questions from listeners before Dr. Jae gives us the hood scripture provide by Detroit's own "Big Sean".

The fellas are back from The A. On this week's mental check in the fellas discuss the impact of COVID (corona virus diseases). Dr. Jae reflects on last week's trip back Atlanta and his family coming full circle from College Park. The fellas discuss social distancing hobbies they've picked up which leads them into the music industry. They discuss Jay Electronica's album and his back and forth with Joe Budden. They discuss the need to be hustlers and not just employees. The fellas hit free agency in the NFL and discuss Bill O'Brien's borderline offensive topics. "When do we forgive", a prelude to a deeper darker future conversation is touched upon before Trev gives up the good word for the Hood scripture off of Shinny Suit theory.

In this episode the Trev and Dr. Jay starts with addressing the "Trev's low voice" conspiracy on episode 002. The brothers are joined by a special guest "James J Johnson" who Dr. J adopts as a long lost cousin. The group discusses Spike Lee and James Dolan incident.... will Trev give us his lifelong fandom. Music wise the fellas debate Meg thee Stallion contract dispute along with her new project and Jadakiss new project. This week Hood scripture comes from Rev Jermaine Cole.

On this episode the fellas give thanks to their listeners, supporters, and their village. The mental health check-in elaborates on mental clutter/crowdiness. They discuss the extent candidates are going to in order to secure the Black Vote. Dr. Jae gives an update on the Corona Virus with health tips to prevent the spread while Trev discusses the impact the virus has had on the stock market this past week. The second half of the conversation kicks off with the duo debating the arrest of 6 year old Kaia Rolle in Orlando, Florida followed by touching on the 70% spike in NYC school children homelessness.
