The artful display of 1,500 shells of fireworks will be launched in Hagåtña off the treatment plant causeway and also from two 16x16 pontoons in Tumon Bay near Ypao Beach and Pacific Islands Club and the Hyatt Resort in Tumon Bay.
The fireworks show is being put on by JamzMedia Productions/ShowPro Pyrotechnics, and will launch at 12 am, Sunday.
