In this short episode I return to chat about my own reflections on how I find decision making difficult and the realisation that this impacts my energy. I share also my goals moving forward in this regard ✨
Hey everyone!!!!
How are you all doing? So today I am doing my own reflection on this episode. Believe it or not the requests for me to speak is really something I didn't expect.
So what is coming up for me has been my personal journey about trying to create and maintain a morning routine. This episode I touch on habits that were created in the past and how that disconnected me from my body's call in the mornings to start the day right. I also speak on my thoughts in the impact this has on our body stress, cortisol and also some ideas we can use to build a better pathway to starting our day right.
I have a Q&A below where I would love to hear your suggestions for guests or topics. I will link the song in the intro below if you wish to listen it is my single 'We'll get used to it"
Have a blessed day
xx

So with the podcast launching on St. Brigid's day I had wanted to lean into sisterhood, and how better than interviewing my own sister. These podcast interview episodes are all about each individuals perspective on growth and authenticity.
We landed on the theme of fandom, and how listening to music and being a super fan can really herald some beautiful realisations and protections for music lovers.
Leah Shannon is a native of Ennis and grew up in a musical home, and attended a very musical school, Gaelscoil Mhichíl Cíosóg. Her dad a drummer and she herself singing in the school choir and winning awards with Slógadh through the years, Leah has well understood from a young age the value in music but it takes on deeper significance when facing life's challenges. If you want to hear some wise words from this young mom and music lover this is the episode for you!
This weeks episode considers the following:
Do listen in to hear how a musical home is a happy home?
How bands and artists can heal their listeners?
How songwriting can really impact us?
How themes and concepts can really open doors for people into new worlds?
How development of the artist as well as the music can positively influence people?
How we can all find our own ways to be musical?
