By way on answer he examines our current situation and explores how and why our culture, civilization and churches were hijacked and undermined. After considering the lessons to be learnt by Christians from this experience, Dr Hammond explains why we should have a Biblically based hope in the future, our duty in the face of hostility, how we can turn the tide in our favour, and debunks the false and pessimistic "last days" teachings in which many contemporary Christians are mired
"But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through the Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, My beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord knowing that your labour is not in vain in the Lord." 1 Corinthians 15:57-58
