"From the Frontlines" is an ADL podcast. It is hosted by ADL New York/New Jersey Director Scott Richman and focuses on ADL's efforts to fight antisemitism and hate in the United States and around the world. In the battle against hate, coming together in coalition is critical to have an impact. Among the many civil rights groups, faith groups and ethnic groups with whom ADL is proud to partner on issues that we share in common, one of the most important is the NAACP. This week, the NAACP is hosting their 113th National Convention after a hiatus during COVID, and ADL is a proud sponsor of this year’s Convention. The major gathering this year is taking place in Atlantic City which means that the New Jersey State Conference of the NAACP is hosting. ADL New York/New Jersey partners closely with the NJ NAACP. At the center of all of this is Richard Smith, the President of the New Jersey State Conference of the NAACP. He is the guest on this edition of "From the Frontlines" to discuss this year's Convention. For more details on the NAACP National Convention, visit https://naacp.org/convention. This podcast originally aired as a radio show on WVOX 1460 AM.
