"I'm not afraid" I hear you say...but then upon closer examination we discover that, whilst we don't like the word 'fear', we do in fact have many fears!
Called anxieties, or stress, or discomfort...but in all of us it is always living somewhere. So what can we do? How do we live with less 'fear' and importantly how can we interact with other people differently when maybe we all appreciate and are more open about these fears?
