In a multi-cultural world we are aware of multiple language variations but often we don't fully appreciate how powerful language is when simply applied to ourselves!

What we say impacts us...it impacts others around us...and thus influences or world as we experience it. Let's examine then a few ideas on how we speak and how it maybe can be tweaked to improve our lives.
