I can think of many heroes on the Marine Corps' 248th Birthday. In this episode, I had the privilege of hosting a Marine Corps veteran I consider a modern-day hero, Ellis Craig.

From his uncle's advice to stay in Washington, D.C., and fight for his dreams, to his experiences with nightclub security and living with his sister's family, Ellis' journey is a testament to determination and resilience.
