    PANAMA CITY  BEACH - The Panama City Beach Police Department released a video Friday in reference to a shooting death they are investigating.

    Larry Thomas Hill III, 18, died Monday night around 11 p.m. behind Wendy's at Joan Avenue and Thomas Drive after being shot, a news release stated.
    “A person of interest has been described as a white male, approximately 6-foot and thin build, with his hair in a ‘man bun,’” the release stated. “He was wearing a light colored shirt, basketball shorts, and carrying a backpack. He was also with a female with just above shoulder length straight hair, darker complexion, thin build.”
    The suspect also “walks in a distinct manner, as seen in the video,” according to the release. Hill, also known as Tre, was said to have been shot after he left Newby's Bar to meet with the suspect behind Wendy's. The suspect and female left the area westbound on foot, the release stated.
    Information on the case can be reported to the Police Department at 850 233-5000, or Crime Stoppers at 850-785-8477.

    An Okaloosa County school bus driver who was caught on tape at Silver Sands School yelling at and physically mistreating a wheelchair-bound child has been arrested.
    Evelyn Fields, 56, a Walton County resident, was picked up Thursday on an Okaloosa County warrant for cruelty toward a child-child abuse, according to a news release from the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office.
