Jamie Vickers, former principal of Bay Haven Charter Academy, alleges Bay Haven CEO Larry Bolinger sexually harassed her more than once last year, then retaliated against her complaints of the incidents with job reprimands. The situation culminated with the school demoting her for the complaints, the lawsuit alleges.

Vickers alleges in the lawsuit that Bolinger sexually harassed her multiple times last year by touching and groping her on various parts of her body. Vickers further alleges that in July of last year, after she refused one of Bolinger’s sexual advances, he reprimanded her for alleged poor job performance in retaliation, indicating that quote “Bolinger felt emboldened to continue his assaults on her and there was going to be career consequences for her in refusing his sexual advances,” the lawsuit reads.

There were approximately 100 hard, dry droppings on the floor under shelves with paper products, on the table/counter with cups on it and other places in the restaurant on July 23, according to a press release from the Florida Department of Health.

There was another high priority violation after inspectors found that the sanitizing solution for the dishes exceeded the maximum concentration allowed. There was also an intermediate violation for a manager not having proof of his/her food certification and a basic violation for having a gap at the threshold of a door that opened to the outside.
