The world has always resisted truth. Darkness has always fought light. Following Jesus has never been the easy path. Yet somewhere along the way, many believers began treating comfort as the goal instead of faithfulness.
In this episode, we examine a challenging question: What has changed? The Gospel has not changed. Jesus has not changed. Truth has not changed. The mission has not changed. So why do so many Christians struggle with opposition today?
We explore three foundational facts:
Biblical Christianity knows that obedience results in opposition. Following Christ will often put you at odds with the culture around you.
Biblical Christianity endures pressure instead of avoiding it. Resistance is not always a sign that something is wrong. Often, it is part of how God develops strength and endurance in His people.
Biblical Christianity chooses truth over tolerance. Real love does not require silence. God calls believers to stand firmly on His Word, even when it is unpopular.
The early church faced persecution, threats, and pressure, yet they remained faithful. This message challenges us to ask whether we are still willing to follow Jesus wherever He leads, regardless of the cost.
👉 The question is not whether Jesus is still worth following. The question is whether we are still willing to follow Him.
