The king is dead, the nation is vulnerable, and the future is uncertain. Fear is thick in the air, but in the midst of instability, Isaiah is shown a vision of a throne that is not empty. What he sees transforms him immediately.
In this message, Pastor Matt explores three transformative perspectives Isaiah experienced:
Seeing God for Who He Is – Isaiah sees the Lord exalted, holy, and majestic. A clear vision of God expands our perspective and reminds us that worship is an encounter, not entertainment.
Seeing Myself for Who I Am – Confronted with his sin, Isaiah recognizes his need for cleansing. Conviction is a doorway to forgiveness and restoration.
Seeing Others Through God’s Eyes – Forgiven people become forgiving people. A cleansed heart produces a called life, seeing others’ worth, potential, and soul instead of their failures.
This message challenges us to lift our eyes, let God cleanse our hearts, and see the world and people around us with His perspective.
