As the saying goes, one cannot think well, love well and sleep well if one has not dined well. On today’s show Tony serves us a dish made for all the senses. From his start at the royal palace, his culinary training in France to his new concept coming this fall to Schmooze in Old Town Scottsdale, Arizona. Discover what it truly takes to feed a successful business while savoring every moment.
Over the years, have consulted at several local restaurants in the Phoenix area. Have provided direction and guidance to them with respect to design modifications, aiding them in design choices. Then, have worked with architects on these changes, including Art & Space Architects, Ltd.
After graduating from Culinary School in Jordan, accepted internship with the Royal Palace of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
After working 2.5 years at the Royal Palace, left to continue education at the Culinary of the Sorbonne, Paris, France.
