Sheila brings over 20 years in organizational consulting, she has founded and operated her own search firm in between professional roles in business development, sales and marketing, and strategic account management. Since, she has started over five separate businesses and brings her experience in success, failure and turnaround. Walking in the entrepreneur shoes for many years and experiencing the joys, disappointments, stress, delight, complexities and simplicities of business ownership; Sheila brings valuable lessons from her own journeys to help businesses avoid the pitfalls and common mistakes of becoming, and staying, a business owner.

Sheila holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management and a Master’s in Organizational Management with a focus on leadership development. She is an active volunteer, presenting to young adults, women’s forums and businesses.

Katie is a Real Estate Broker and founder of Team EvoAZ, where she and her husband Matt support a team of Real Estate Ninjas who work collaboratively to help their team succeed. They have a 6 year old son named Jaxon whose entrance into the world has gone on to impact thousands of families by helping Katie to see a need for herself and create a ripple effect around the world.

Jeni Dunkle Cohen is a Real Estate Agent who works supporting Team Evo AZ, and the mother of five kids. She co-owns MOMnation with Katie and their business partner Cheri Ramo. Jeni loves working with MOMnation and supporting the growth and nurturing of the mothers involved with the group.

Curt Feldtkeller: Farmboy from Wisconsin came to ASU on a baseball scholarship had a cuppa coffee with Kansas City Royals. Worked in technology and had a software company and owned five charter schools. Sold that and fell into media 11 years at NBC sports.

RETIRED PHOENIX POLICE OFFICER JASON SCHECHTERLE At the age of 26, Jason achieved his dream to work on the streets of Phoenix as a rookie police officer. Then, only 14 months into what was supposed to be a life-long career, Jason's life took a tragic turn. On the night of March 26th, 2001, a taxi cab crashed into the rear of Jason's patrol car. Upon impact, Jason's car burst into flames, trapping him inside with temperatures reaching over 700 degrees.. Jason suffered severe burns to over 40% of his body which drastically altered his appearance. He has undergone more than 50 surgeries just to have the ability to accomplish simple daily tasks. Jason's journey chronicles his fight for life, his triumph over tragedy and the inspiration that enables him to continue to overcome unimaginable adversity. His story is also a testament of true love and the dedication Jason and his wife have in their commitment to honor their family and the vows of marriage in good times and bad. Jason represents the human experience at its very best - an ascent from despair to describing himself as the luckiest person alive!
