In this episode I wanted to reflect on the beautiful energy within and following my last recording with my Mother and how it’s affected my life spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and the way I parent my child. Often times we forget, or choose not to remember how hurt we were as children and honoring that now in our adulthood. These forms of healing, reconnecting, and re-parenting our inner child are just some of the many ways that we can activate our God given gifts and abilities. I get asked often on how to activate psychic or mediumship abilities and it all circles back to our healing, our conscious awareness, our intention behind our energy. Healing is the key, love, joy, abundance, peace, is the key! We all have them but they do come at a cost, the cost being, Choosing Yourself. Choosing the way you want to live your life with joy and abundance along with those days that aren’t so great but knowing you can always trust in your Highest Divine Self to see you through.

Hey everyone welcome back to the From The Soul Podcast. In this episode we kick off 2022 with spiritual growth through healing w/ Ma. The initial episode was already recorded but I decided to upload this one with a special guest, my mother. In this episode we talk about ALOT! It is a fun emotional rollercoaster, shits, giggles, tickles, and tears as we share our paranormal/spiritual experiences and stories. In addition to that, we open up about some deep trauma that we both experienced and how healing it is, to be able to talk about them. We also have a special visitation from my Lola, it was so powerful as she made her presence known, we both felt her so strongly! It was my mother's first connection to her biological mother ever and even more so in Spirit. It was such a blessing to be vulnerable and heal through sharing our stories. Some of you may know me as Sheryl (my government name) or Soul (my clubhouse name).😆 I am one in the same. I started my insta page after coming out of my spirituality closet and being led to start a podcast to share the journey and to have guests on to do the same. It has been amazing, it led me to depths of my Soul that I did not know would happen from just having a podcast. Aka led me to doing some deep shadow work, inner child healing work, loving on myself, knowing thyself, and just embracing the shit out of all of who and what I am!!🙌🏽

I started to share more of the journey not only on my podcast but also on my page, one thing that stuck out with the psychic/medium readings, tarot readings, etc. that led me to my reawakening, was that I was told I was and am a Healer (as were my ancestors) and something about this ability from my adolescence and up until now, where I could speak in tongues aka Light Language.✨

March 30, 2021 Get to know thy self, I uncovered another layer of my infinite Soul.
This is season 1, episode 8, and my 2nd solo episode since starting my podcast back in January. I took a few weeks from posting an episode because I was going through some triggering times but in all reality it was a time of self reflection. Inevitably, self-doubt started to creep in, but I got to work as soon as I realized what was happening. This experience led me back to my inner child, little Sheryl. I share my first experience setting the intention to connect with her. I had been ignoring her and not realizing that she was still screaming for attention and love from everywhere but herself. On this episode I get quite emotional but also continuing the healing work that was so needed. I’m not only crying, but laughing, rejoicing, and cussin’ like a sailor from time to time. As spiritual as they come, I also share other experiences I had during those couple of weeks from discernment, channeling Lemurian Light Language, and connecting with my Star Family. This one’s a tear jerker, so empaths beware...haha jk but it’s just a real authentic, vulnerable, story telling experience of my healing and self love journey. I was really asking that deep question “what is my purpose in life”. A lot of childhood trauma and just things that I had not realized were affecting me came up as well. From that reading and the ones that followed after, I navigated through that dark night, acknowledged what I needed to, really felt it, then released it. I made a choice to come back home to myself, to stop grasping for things externally but going within myself to heighten my frequency and vibration!💫💫💫

I actually reached out to Sarah almost 2 months ago before I came to know all that I do now in terms of my origin and true calling with my spirituality.
