A little late to the party but we're back for another year! On this rapid fire episode of From The Stands, Mark starts his own title defence, Angie can't believe her eyes, Rohan tries out optimism, and none of us can remember much about what happened in Bahrain...

This week on the season final of From The Stands, Angie's voting Dan for MVP, Mark is checking out helmets, and Rohan is intimidating. Plus, we crown the winner of out F1 points competition.

Gather your wolfpack and put on your best Elvis jumpsuit because this round F1 went full Vegas baby! Mark puts it all on red, Angie's looking for the 30 Seconds to Mars slot machines and Rohan is stuck on the roof of the hotel. It sure was a wild weekend.

This week, Angie's back to try and keep the Danny Ric hype train rolling, Mark is watching the skies, and Rohan's taking no nonsense from a certain Mr. Ocon.

Angie's having a well deserved week off to properly soak in Daniel Ricciardo's brilliance, so this week it's an unsupervised lads episode where Mark's banging his head against the FIA's brick wall, and Rohan's not sure the season can end soon enough for some in the paddock.

This week we're in the middle of a triple header! Angie's staging a comeback, Mark suggests musical chairs, and Rohan turns to F2 for answers.

In this championship edition of From The Stands, Rohan's feeling the heat, Angie's sad to see a fellow Kiwi go (for now) and Mark's going all orange for Oscar.

It's off to Japan and the incredible Suzuka Circuit for this episode of From The Stand. Angie is buzzing, Rohan's kicking a man while he's down, and Mark's boy brings home the bacon.

Singapore delivers!! This week we're all so excited to talk about the race of the year so far! Angie is feeling patriotic, Mark has no sympathy for old mate George, and Rohan's rattling the tinfoil hat brigade again. 

This week we're off to the high speeds and sea of red that is the Royal Park in Monza. Angie gets patriotic, Mark is finally listened to by the FIA and Rohan actually praises Max Verstappen.
